Hi. I'm having the same issue as described above, for 2 months already. Tried every fix. Downgraded to win10. Installed and reinstalled everything.
No error message is appearing, it just sends me back to EA app. Game runs on PC and was bought on Steam.
No one from support is helping or noticing this. Maybe even they don't know how to solve this.
I will paste this message in every open thread regarding this issue, until someone from EA responds.
my man im dealing with this issue right now for over a week did you end up finding anything or did you just give up?
