Help please loss of rewards

I was playing squad battles was winning 5-0 and when the game ended it disconnected me from ea and now classes as a loss 

I get told to contact ea help and they say there is nothing they can do this is the 3rd issue I have had to contact them about and nothing ever gets done I was promised someone would contact me regarding compensation and never heard back from anyone 

now get told I need to post it here someone please help me
