Hi again, problem with pass rewards

Question

Hi again EA, how are you doing? Im not so well after the rewars in this season, let me explain.

So i collecting the rewards when i saw i could choose an Evoluition or 3500 sp points, so i choose the sp points. The problem its the sp points only get me the normal pass rewards and not the all rewards ( i paid 1000 fc for get all ). So why thats happened EA?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I selected the 3,500 SP option instead of the Evolution, but after claiming it, I only received access to the standard pass rewards instead of the full premium rewards that I paid for. It seems like something isn't working correctly. I hope EA can investigate this issue and provide a fix or clarification as soon as possible. Thank you.

Update, i remember check the web app and in the web app they apper.... wtf is wrong with you EA???&nbsp;Ps: i dont go do nothing till your reponse EA

Hi, i connect now and the rewards appear for claim in the console (ps5). Check now if you alredy didnt
