High FPS but not smooth

I have RX 7700XT GPU, Ryzen5 5600 CPU, 16GB RAM, M2 SSD and 144HZ Monitor. In FUT game shows 144FPS but not smooth. It's like 25FPS. It's really hard to believe. I've been having the same issue with ...
