UNABLE TO CONNECT TO ULTIMATE TEAM

I CANNOT CONNECT TO ULTIMATE TEAM SINCE WEDNESDAY EARLY AFTERNOON.

I was playing my final gauntlet game of a set of 3 games, and at full time I got disconnected from ultimate team, this had happened to me multiple times on the same game but would then allow me back into ultimate team, but this time and since this time I have not been able to get onto Ultimate team, so that would make it over 50 hours without being able to get onto ultimate team on my console.

I have tried almost everything, I have uninstalled fc26 and then reinstalled it (multiple times), I have reset my internet multiple times, logged into the EA website and changed my password, and also untrusted all device for fc26 so I get prompted to provide 2FA. Deleted all saved data for eafc26 on my Xbox and restarted the Xbox. Unplugged the Xbox from the socket for over 30 minutes and then retried entering ultimate team and still nothing, I checked my connection quality and have attached the result.
Please can I get help!!!!

    And there is no compensation! Its a disgrace - I can't play either...

    exact same has happened to me its a joke!! ea havent got back to me ive tried contacting them multiple times and nothing. 

  • Hi, I have the same problem. No way to log in since yesterday afternoon. I have seen in the “community/ forum” lots of people are facing my same problem. 

  • Same problem on PC – can’t log in since more than 86 hours now. Every other thread is at least getting some kind of response or acknowledgment that there’s a problem, but with this issue, they don’t seem to care. It’s crazy

    Yeah, I have the exact same problem. I was stuck in round 3 of gauntlet. If i won the game did not count and kicked me out of UT. I was able to re-enter the mode. Sometimes during the 3rd game I would get disconnected and the game would count as being not played regardless of the score. Today I went into the mode and decided to test closing the app hoping that would end my current gauntlet entry and allow me to start a new one. Now i am locked out of UT, the web and companion app both fail to log in as they say I am signed in on another device. 

    Also i am on ps5 and i have tested clearing the system cache, rebuilding the database, I have used my phone's hotspot instead of my wifi all of these have not fixed the issue. I have managed to log in to ultimate team on my second account however which did not have an ultimate team created. This shows that it is not an internet connection or console issue this is an issue isolated to specific EA accounts.

    I have spoken with an EA representative who claims they have made notes about this case and similar cases and asked me to keep an eye on twitter/X for any updates. They claim they are aware but please push this post to make sure they are aware of this account specific bug.

    Other modes continue to work at the moment however, no clue if they will also be affected.
