Higher ping in Texas - Dallas server down?

I normally have 8ms of latency in Ultimate Team online modes. For a week now I'm only having 24ms. Is something wrong with the Dallas server? Not only that, the gameplay is horrendous for this previ...

Same here i used to play with ping 8-12 on dallas server now playing with ping 30-40 i have ATT Fiber 2GB Speed and i live in Houston
