Horrific input lag on pc

This game is an absolute car crash...

I haven't been able to enjoy a decent rivals or live events game in over two weeks. My Internet is perfect and connected via Ethernet cable, but input lag persists regardless of what I change in settings.

I have every graphics setting tuned down to low and fps capped at 60 but the game still feels horrendous. My players randomly fall over and take massive heavy touches and the defensive ai just stands there including the goalkeeper.

I can't help but feel like my account has been nerfed because I was winning lots of live events games. The difference in ai behaviour between me and my team is extremely obvious, they're faster than me, have much tidier touches and they can actually dribble as opposed to falling over and turning like buses.

Not good enough.
