How to fix the problems on the PC!!!

which program are u using for cpu ang gpu usage. for some reason riva turner not working while playing fc 26, on others game working..

I use the nvidia app. 

tried your method, but after few seconds everything back to "normal"

What is ur cpu usage? Do u have other apps that are using ur cpu and are not essential?

my cpu is 6/12

so i dont think it is neccesary cpu problem but using laptop

I just play one match with 15 fps when I log in. Then the game returns to normal on its own.
