How to get a refund for this crap ?

SO the least you can have is a controller working guess what they even destroyed that like we didnt have enough bugs already
Controller doesnt work in online mode only except if i am locking frames to 30 fps on a 3070 which works not just fine but superb on the highest of graphics of the game in offline mode (so same game but offline.....) how do you do that ?? like how can miss up that the controller is disabled on 60 fps... like i dont get it at all....
And the network issues as well that happens suddenly nad i have to restart everything for it to work or not, this as well only happens with fifa not any other game...
For real if i can't play the game then we need a refund how can we get a refund ?
i am so fkn angry at EA right now, it feels like stealing our money
