I am having troubles with 'unstable connection'

I start a rival match and the second it loads me to the game the lag is horrible it shows me the connection is unstable and I cant play normally , it can go up to 2000 ping which is crazy . I even go squad battle I can play it normally but than around 2 mins I get disconnected. EA fix this mess!
