I can’t play fc26 on Xbox even I preordered and payed in full

In the month of august I preordered fc26 to play it in September. I wanted an entire month to try to play and I when I tried to see if I could it said u can’t play because u haven’t payed,but I payed 96+ dollars to preorder it fully
