I cannot refund standart edition preorder to buy ultimate edition pre order.

I was playing trial on pc ea app then i bought standart edition pre order but now i want to cancel it and buy ultimate edition to play early but i cant refund please tell me what can i do about this? btw during trial every 10-15 minutes game was crashing at least once it was unplayable. Is there any fix for that?
