I can't launch fc26

I wanted to play fc26. The game launches like normally but after saying launching game it crashes with no error and it got me back to ea app. About 20 people from support can't help me with this prob...

does it take you to a sign in screen, but when u try to sign in ot kicks you? thats what mine does
