i cant open the real fc26

Hey SyloCrew​ are you trying to use the game on PC or on Xbox?

If on PC, what launcher are you using to play the game?

If you have access to the game through Game Pass then you will need to launch the game from within the Xbox app. Can you test that now to see if it works for you?

hi mr EA_Darko​  i play on pc and i have game pass of pc only and so i installed fc26 and when i enter the game he tell me its the showcase i tried to open it from ea app and from xbox app and from the files directly but the same thing i opens the showcase 

Are you launching the game directly from the Xbox app SyloCrew​?

If you have the Showcase version installed, then it's worth uninstalling it and then launching the game from the Xbox app to see what happens.

yes im lunching the game directly from the xbox app EA_Darko​ .

I didn't install the showcase, I only installed the original version, but I don't know why it opens the showcase that I didn't install.

Hi, I still have this problem, have tried all of the above and it does not work. I have downloaded the full game from games pass, this made me download the EA app, which I did. I then logged in to that app with my xbox log in. I have verified this and logged out and back in this way. Each time the game launches throguh the EA app and I get the same message that I do not have the full experience. No matter what I do the EA app does not believe I have access to the game despite the accounts being linked. This is incredibly frustrating to waste my evening trying trouble shoot this issue.

Hey Connor4reaal184​ if you have the game through Game Pass then you can only launch and run it from the Xbox app. 

You will not be able to launch the game from the EA app.
