I didn’t receive some of my FC season premium pass rewards

In the FC season premium pass, in the tiers 27, 29 and 30, I didn’t get the premium awards, it’s not in my ultimate team or anywhere else, I have checked multiple times. I’m supposed to have received TOTY icon Petit and other packs in the premium season. In the photo it doesn’t show the little checkmark, even though I have completed the whole FC season, I don’t know where my rewards are, and I know I didn’t receive it.

After a thorough review, our team has confirmed that all rewards from the Premium Pass have been granted to your accounts correctly. This is only a visual issue: the checkmark is missing on the progress bar. It doesn’t impact the rewards you received.

In that case, please try completing the next level and see if that updates things. If the rewards still don’t appear afterwards, you can reach out to EA Help so they can review your account.

I did literally everything you can think of , and my premium pack is still unclaimed won’t let me claim it, I had this glitch before but it always worked back to normal whenever I would restart my ps5 or close the app and open fc again but not thus time and it’s been a day

Hey there. This could just be a visual glitch. Please try fully closing and restarting the game, then exit and re-enter Ultimate Team to trigger a data sync. If you can, play a couple of online matches to complete the next stage and check again. It’s also worth checking via the Web App or Companion App.

I bought the Premium Season Pass in FC 26 Ultimate Team.
I reached Level 27.
SOME not all but SOME of the free reward claimed but the premium reward is stuck unclaimed.
It is not in my store or companion app.
Please check my account logs and grant the missing reward. I’m on ps5

For some reason i cant claim my rewards in the season pass im at level 29 and cant claim my premium reward on level 28 i tried restarting but nothing works
