I didn’t receive some of my FC season premium pass rewards

Hello everyone,

I purchased the Premium Season Pass in February. About 4-5 days ago, I finished level 26 and moved on to level 27. I received the reward from the free pass, but it didn't give me the Premium reward (the sellable pack). I thought there was a problem and continued playing. A few days later, I received all the rewards for levels 28-29, and today, level 30, completing the Season Pass. However, initially, there was no button to claim the Premium reward at level 27. Even after the Season Pass ended, I couldn't claim the reward, and it's still there. I suspected a problem and contacted the EA Support Team. They said they had forwarded it to higher management and asked me to create a support thread on the forum. I will attach a screenshot showing that I couldn't claim the reward. I hope other players haven't experienced this problem, or that a solution can be found for those who have and those like me.

I didn’t get anything at all still man, I’ve been waiting too many days for this because i have completed the season for what was 5 days ago, and I still haven’t got those rewards I mentioned, I checked too many times

Didn’t get rewards from 27 to 30

I’m having the same problem…. I can’t claim the premium awards for 27, 28, 29 or 30…. 
I claimed the basic awards, but won’t let me claim the premium awards… 

I have the same issue unfortunately.

Hey this is the case for 27 and 30 but for 29 i realy did not get anything

Recently completed level 27-30 of the season pass. I was able to get the Players, Owen and Petit. As well as the PS/PS+ in 28. But it is not giving me premium packs for 27 and 29. And none of the packs for 30, just received the players. Tried restarting, and tried on companion app. Nothing showing up.
