In the FC season premium pass, in the tiers 27, 29 and 30, I didn’t get the premium awards, it’s not in my ultimate team or anywhere else, I have checked multiple times. I’m supposed to have received TOTY icon Petit and other packs in the premium season. In the photo it doesn’t show the little checkmark, even though I have completed the whole FC season, I don’t know where my rewards are, and I know I didn’t receive it.
Hi, same for me as well, I have tried everything, switch off the console, go to the web app, there is just nothing. I have contacted ea help, and they seem just as clueless. I would really like them to be sent to my account. This is not supposed to happen as we paid for it.
I have this problem too, it doesn't help if I exit semi and I can't continue because you forgot the season pass and the character, I got the free package but not the premium, what do I do now?

Just claimed the premium pass and haven’t received any of the premium rewards from lvl 21 onwards. I have reached lvl 26. So still haven’t received the premium rewards from 21 to 26.
i used fifa points for it and should receive the rewards! Its definitely not a visual glitch. I’ve tried reloading and everything but nothing works. Please fix this.
