I have a problem. You lost your connection to your opponent. Please help me.

This issue can't be fixed; it’s up to EA. Most of the staff I spoke to via live chat said it couldn't be reset—citing company policy—and then essentially left it up to the players to figure it out on their own. I contacted them at least 30 times, and the answers were always the same: "I can't do it," "We'll let you know," "We'll look into a fix for you." Worst of all, they told me that this issue only affects a small number of players—that it's a rare problem—and basically told me to just live with it because they don't fix issues like this. It all amounted to dismissing the players' concerns; they simply didn't care about us at all. That is exactly why I stopped playing this game. They’ve lost yet another good player who truly loved their game.
