Game closes with no error when connecting to EA servers

Have tried everything to fix this. If I play the game offline it works fine. Whenever I connect to EA Servers my game closes and brings me back to EA app. I am on PC. Funny thing is if I use hotspot off my phone to give my PC network, the game connects fine to EA Servers. It seems to be some sort of public IP problem. I have tried setting manual DNS of 8.8.8.8 to my PC's network adapter and on my Vodafone modem but no change. I have also restarted my fibre ONT and got a different public IP Address but no change. Cannot find anywhere to get in contact with technical support.
