I've reported this to PlayStation for review. They're asking why my PS5 version of FC26 isn't playable online.

I have confirmation that it is not my internet. I used my brother's ID to log into my machine and play through my internet. In short, it works normally. This is the conclusion that it is a bug from the latest update. Please understand the user's problem. Check the information for us to find out what is causing it. Don't blame the user. Now I still can't play.

As a test, try connecting to a mobile hotspot. Let me know if the same disconnect issue occurs.

Sure I did it and same problem, it only happens with this ID, not the internet, the PS5, but this ID is connected to your server.

Try deleting the personal saved data for FC 26. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate FC 26 and delete the saved data.

I've done it at least 10 times, wiped my PS5 several times, and it still doesn't work.
