I have not received all my FC Points for purchasing EA FC 26

Question

I purchased EA FC 26 before it was released and i have not received all the installments. Received = 4000 FC points and Not Received = 2000 FC points. I have been on the agent chat with Pranav but he could not resolve my issue there and redirected me to the forum to post a discussion.

I have been waiting over a month for the other 2000 points to be delivered to my account however, they still haven't arrived.

Hi there and thanks for sharing all the details. We’ve checked the information again about those grants.
There may have been a period of inactivity on your account, which can cause an installment to be missed. You should still receive the remaining FC Points, but it may take a bit longer to process. Please be patient and check your account regularly for updates.
