I Keep losing connection when I’m playing a rivals game

This is ridiculous, I have already been disconnected over 10 times trying to play rivals. It doesn’t happen when I play rush or other options, although other bugs and issues showed during these times. Why we spend money on a pre order for the game to be completely unplayable.
