I win but ea gives me a loss. I have proof.

I will be playing the full 90mins as normal, and i will be winning. The full whistle blows and the game ends. I then get a black screen with a message saying " ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later" it the kicks me out of ultimate team. I reload ultimate team from the main fc menu, then i get the "DNS" prompt. I then go into rivals to see that i have sustained a loss? This is out of order as ive seen a lot of people complain about yhis as if it is some type of exploit losing players are using. I just want my win back tbh.
