I won my game but it said that i disconnected?

I hate this game, i was 2:3 down scored 2goals in the final minutes of the game but then after I won it said there was an error so I was kicked out of ultimate team. I didn’t think much of it until it said I had dc the game? Like what. I can’t with this game anymore.
