Old Gen Console

I’m currently playing on the old Xbox One (old gen).

90% of my matches online are like trying to have a punch up with Mike Tyson with one arm tied behind your back…. The opponent players have alarming speed of players, agility, passing, plus it always seems like Workd Class v Amateur AI. My team passes like they’re kicking a musket ball through tar. Opponents can move quicker than my players can pass the ball!?!? 😂 

i play wired, 1gb Virgin Superfast Fibre…. 

I’ve tried every combo of matchmaking settings.
