Icons and Soccer Aid missing in Online Friendlies - Case 237883269

Hi, I am reporting a server-side synchronization bug. In Online Friendlies, some players in our group can see and use Icon teams (Soccer Aid), while others cannot. This happens even when we are on the same platform and version.

I have already performed all local troubleshooting:

Deleted Online Squads and Personal Settings files.

Reset and re-downloaded all squad updates.

Cleared console/PC cache.

Reinstalled the game.

EA Help confirmed this is a bug and not a local issue. My Case ID is 237883269. Please investigate why certain accounts are stuck on old roster data.
