Incorrect Reward Claimed at end of season pass

Sorry to say FLRiddy​ but there is nothing that we can do in cases of accidental bids, listings, submissions or picks.

We cannot reverse the action or grant you the item.

Hi,

You state "accidental bids, listings, submissions or picks." Which part of this can response applies to the above? This is in regards to claiming rewards on the season pass.

I suggest that similar to a player pick you need to confirm your action when it is an either/or as a reward. Should this have been there I would have not made this mistake.

I understand that basically and the end of the day it was my action and my fault. However I was looking for an effective solution that would make me want to say playing EA FC. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the billion dollar company can. 

It is also very disappointing that "We cannot reverse the action or grant you the item" and lack of empathy shown but given that you are a forum community manager with not real customer service/Goodwill powers, I didn't expect much.

We cannot reverse the action or grant you a different reward. If you make a mistake when selecting your reward then we are not able to change this.

May not be what you want to hear but it is the truth.
