Unfortunately we can't look into accounts here on the forums. I'm not seeing a lot of reports on this, but I'll keep my eyes open just in case. In the meantime, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They should be able to take a look into your rewards for you.
I’ve already been in contact with live support and posted evidence here, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I’m asking for this to be escalated and for a clear explanation of what has been checked or done so far regarding my case.

Again, we can't look into accounts here on the forums so I'm not able to confirm what division you were in or what rewards you got. If according to their system they got the right rewards then I'm afraid there's not much else I can do on my end. Again, I'll monitor the situation in case it's an emerging issue.
