Wrongful Ban

Hi all, really looking for some help here from the community or anyone at EA who might see this. I was wrongly banned about 3 weeks ago and have had no success trying to get unbanned. I have filed multiple appeals explaining in great detail why this ban was incorrectly done. I have been denied every time and given the same auto generated response every time.

Here is what happened 4/3/2026 I had saved a lot of packs for the trophy titans team 1 promo. Right when the promo came out I opened a tradable pack and packed 92 rated Nesta. As anyone who has played FIFA/EA FC for sometime knows, cards are a much higher price when they just come out due to low supply on the market. When listing the card I checked the lowest buy now at the time, and listed it for a few thousand coins less, so it would get bought quick. The card got bought almost instantly. I listed the card for higher than it ended up being worth 2 hours later. Due to this, EA banned me and accused me of cheating/coin transferring.

I have explained why this ban is incorrect through the EA ban appeal system, but constantly get the same automated response. I have tried reaching out to support to see if there is anything they can do. After explaining the situation they all tell me unfortunately their hands are tied but ALWAYS make it clear that they understand the ban is wrongly applied and if it was up to them they would lift it, because they understand my situation. I have gone as far as filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Even through the Better Business Bureau, EA gives the same auto generated response.

I am asking the community and anyone who works for EA who might be seeing this to PLEASE help me get this resolved. If anyone has any additional routes to go please let me know. This is very frustrating and I just want to play the game I’ve played constantly for almost 15 years.

    Hey jmwm2310 ,

Thank you for taking the time to describe the situation. It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time and effort on permanently actioned for reasons you disagree with. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or discuss anything here on the forums. Creating an appeal is the only way to proceed.

If you followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. This review is conducted by a human advisor and communicated via template-based responses, so it's understandable to get the impression that appeals are handled by an automated system.

You should be able to create a new appeal so long as the team doesn't reply saying they've exhausted all possible investigations and consider the case closed. If they respond with that, I'm sorry to say there is nothing more that can be done regarding the account action.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to respond to me. So because I kept getting the same auto generated response after clearly explaining the reasoning for my ban being incorrect, they closed my case. Are you telling me now there is nothing I can do because they limit the number of appeals you can submit? This is very frustrating and there has to be an alternative route to get help for this. Please let me know. You are a community manager you must know another way.

jmwm2310 A quick clarification: cases are closed after reaching the maximum number of appeals and manual investigations allowed under our Terms of Service, which is a human-led team and not an automated system.

I understand this is a frustrating situation. Unfortunately, appeals are handled by that team alone, and there are no alternative routes available once they deem the case closed. We can't help with account actions here on the forums, I'm afraid.

Well they rejected my 5th appeal and they much wont see and even if they do we are not getting unbanned. This moderator is gonna stop helping you aswell soon enough which is what happened in my forum thread regarding the same ban. Someone commented on my thread that this happened to them aswell soon don’t worry there are plenty people who’s acc is gone forever.

So essentially, I am banned forever because there is no route to contact anyone from EA now that I cannot appeal any further?

jmwm2310 You miss the point.. you can appeal plenty of times but they couldn’t care less. This moderator who’s “assisting” you is lying to you about it being an human led investigation. Even on my 5th appeal, they mailed the same thing word by word just as the first mail no clarification only what they think is right under a violation criteria. There’s plenty of bad devs its a tough job but there isn’t much like ea; theyre monsters. They sold this dream where they’ll listen to the community and make a polished game and took random surveys that was 5months ago. And for the ticket market, i guess it has to be an old ea account or diff region which u can try with vpn but i have no clue which region works so thats upto you but outcome is inevitable.
