Input delay and game lagging(after the first half) PC

I am having issus with input delay and game lagging(after the first half) since i bought it in janaury i have video footage to see I didn’t have this problem with FC 25 it went smoothly

Dear Ea Please be aware that the game is currently unplayable in Turkey. 5 SECOND DELAY !!!!!!!!!!!
