Input delay and jittery gameplay ON XBOX SERIES X

I keep seeing people having problems with this on pc but im noticing this on xbox series x too. Some games I feel like im playing the smoothest gameplay, dribbling feels great, my players feel responsive when I use them and some games it feels much much worse and the gameplay just does not feel smooth at all.

I know this isnt an issue with my Internet as even squad battles has issues with this. Its not SUPER noticeable but it definitely effects gameplay and makes it not enjoyable and just a drag to play.

I have even tried to set my xbox from 60hz on 4k to 1440p on 60hz to even 720p on 120hz but nothing, it still happens. (Yes I put my game to resolution mode)

I genuinely hope this gets fixed because even though its a smaller thing, in a competitive game, its noticeably unplayable.
