I've been experiencing ping delays even with normal ping for the past week.

I'm a computer gamer, and although my ping is normal, for the past week, after the 10th minute of a match, all my commands are delayed by 10-20 seconds. The switch takes 20 seconds to activate, and I experience pauses. The game pauses again after 30 seconds while the ball is in play. If the game is going to get worse with every update, then don't change anything. If anyone else has experienced this, or has any information or explanation, please share it.
