Just got disconnected after winning a champs game

disconnected after winning a champs game it said “sorry we could not complete your request” and then it left ultimate team and when i reconnected it said i disconnected and gave me a loss WTF?????????

Same thing happened to me at the end of Gauntlet game. Honestly, if EA servers cannot handle the traffic then why we're being penalized for this? It doesn't make any sense... There should be an option to report such games and EA should give the correct credit for the win.
