lag as soon as it starts

As soon as I open the game through Steam, the initial screen looks normal. However, as soon as I start any game mode (Quick Play, Pro Clubs, Career, or Seasons), the game becomes extremely laggy, with very low FPS, between 4 and 30 fps. My PC has good specs; I usually run between 80-100 fps on FC 26. To fix this bug, I have to enter the laggy Quick Play mode, exit, enter Career Play, exit again, and then go back to Quick Play, repeating this cycle until the FPS returns to normal. This bug doesn't happen on FC 24 and 25, only on FC 26. I want to fix it because it's time-consuming and annoying for a game I paid so much for!
