Load Times and Matchmaking

Since the patch, I can not get into ultimate team unless I do a hard restart of my xbox each time to clear cache. 

It then takes several attempts to connect to EA servers. Often it does not work as it says that I failed to download latest squad update. 

Once I'm lucky enough to get to the main UT screens, it takes at least 30 minutes to find an opponent in matchmaking.... from there everything works fine and matchmaking is great, gameplay is fine with no lag, etc.

If I close the game and restart just 5 minutes later.. this entire sequence happens again.
