Locked out of Ultimate Team after Gauntlet disconnect
Hi EA Team / Community Managers,
I am requesting technical investigation for a persistent account-level server deadlock preventing me from accessing EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5.
Issue Summary:
My account was disconnected during an active Gauntlet event match. Following the kick, my main account has been completely unable to load into the Ultimate Team hub on PS5. Connecting to EA Servers at the main menu works fine, but selecting Ultimate Team results in an immediate login/connection error.
Isolating the Issue (Diagnostics Completed):
To rule out local hardware, network, or console settings, I have verified the following:
Secondary Account Verification: A secondary PSN account on the exact same PS5 console connects to Ultimate Team instantly without any errors. This confirms my console hardware, IP address, home router/NAT configuration, and local network settings are fully functional.
Account Security Token Refresh: I executed a global security token reset via my EA account portal (revoked active device authorizations and updated verification settings), but the server session error persists.
Squad Management: Attempted squad resets via the Web/Companion app to overwrite the active squad payload.
Time Elapsed: The error has persisted continuously for over 24 hours without auto-clearing.
Account Details for Investigation:
Platform: PlayStation 5
Mode Affected: Ultimate Team (Triggered by Gauntlet Mode Disconnect)
Error Behavior: Connects to EA Servers on boot, fails specifically when loading Ultimate Team hub.
It appears my profile's active persona is hard-locked inside a corrupted/orphaned Gauntlet event match ticket in the backend database. Could a Community Manager please flag my account details with the server team to manually flush the active session ticket and reset the persona state?
Thank you.
