Major issue needs to be sorted immediately

I had this technical issue since Thursday 29th of January ( just before TOTY ended ). Basically I had the “season pass/ pro clubs glitch” that most people were experiencing and I some how managed to fix it by myself. In result I had access to my season pass rewards but when claiming them I also got duplicate rewards for some reason. I claimed all but two evolution rewards which will not allow me to as shown in the attachment. With the matter, this will not allow me to open packs and necessary packs for me to complete my FS Academy evolution. This matter needs to be addressed ASAP!!!!! As I literally cannot access most of the game content and in doing I’m missing out on rital content.
