Match Disconnections

This is now the fourth time that I have been leading a match when the game disconnects me, despite my internet connection being stable. While playing, I receive a message stating that the connection has been lost and that I must leave Ultimate Team. The game then exits Ultimate Team and returns me to the main EA FC hub.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that once I am back at the main hub, I am clearly still connected to the EA servers. I am not prompted to reconnect, and the usual “Press R3 to reconnect” message does not appear. This indicates that I never actually lost connection to the servers.

In addition, my Starlink connection logs show that my internet connection and ping were stable at the time of each incident. This issue has been occurring repeatedly over the past two weeks, yet none of the affected matches have been reimbursed as wins. Instead, the same problem continues to happen.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated, as it is directly impacting my gameplay experience and competitive progress. I am also requesting a review of the affected matches and appropriate reimbursement for the wins lost due to these disconnections
