Microsoft Visual C++ doesn't resolve a lauch problem (Steam)

The game still doesn't launch. I have already reinstalled the game, EA App and anticheat 3 times. I have the latest graphic driver, Windows version and Microsoft Visual C++ both x64 and x86. I tried to launch the game with -dx11 and -dx12 as administrator. And I know that my hardware is not a problem because I have i5-13600 and 4060 Ti.

The game just crashes after splash screen and turns me back to EA App. As I already said, I tried all the tips and tricks, but the game still doesn't lauch. And I am not the only one with that problem. I saw many people with the same problem in Steam discussions. We have already lost 2 days of early access we paid for. So I hope to receive an answer from you guys. Please, help us to find a solution.
