Missing EA FC 26 in the EA library

Same problem here!
I bought it on eneba and it worked fine for a month.
It's been missing from my library for a few days now. I had to format my system, and I can't install FC anymore!

Yes, you’re right. I contacted support the first time and received a reply that did not help at all. Today I wrote twice again, and I’m really frustrated — the inability to properly help customers is unbelievable.

it finally came back into my library. don't know how but it did. 

Same here. it has been gone for 5 days and EA support said that you aren't eligible for any content. They thought my fut points were missing.

I've had the same issue, reported it twice and heard nothing from them. The level of incompetence a big company like this gets away with is a joke. It's the weekend and I can't even play a game I bought for over £50. Instead of working hard to get this fixed and informing everyone that issue will be resolved soon they are sat doing nothing because the game is already bought and the money has already gone to their pockets, they don't care about the customer experience and if they can play or not, or if they enjoy the game. Cash-grabbing company, It's the last time I'll be buying any game on the EA app. Pathetic!

I launched mine from the exe. in the game file, but have no idea why it vanished from the library. EA just continues to screw up. 

Same happend to me. IDK no info at all no support from EA
