Missing FC 26 Ultimate Edition Rewards

Hello, I pre-ordered FC 26 before august 26th on steam and also downloaded it on steam, where i cant open the game at all since its "not yet released" so i bought an EA play pass to play an extra day early on the EA app, had to redownload the game. I finally logged on and I haven't received any sort of ultimate edition rewards (fc points, season pass, icon pack, etc.) Is there any way to fix this? I have also connected both my steam and my EA account correctly. Thanks.
