Hi, bought directly on ultimate team in the store, it was just after TOTY launch and the server was running very slow, straight afterwards I went back and bought 100 points just to see if it would happen again but they arrived on my account straight away.
I have contacted EA 4 times now and they just say they’re aware of a problem and will fix but I’ve sent all the evidence they’ve asked for (4 times!!) and they have acknowledged it I am missing them. Why can’t they just add them to my account? Or refund and I’ll buy again! Very frustrating
