Missing Icons Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus in EA FC 26 Career Mode

I collect Icons in EA FC 26 and build my squad for the Manager Career mode. For approximately four months, I have been regularly purchasing Season Passes and completing them in order to unlock all available Icons.

In the January Season Pass, I unlocked the Icons Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus. However, the game continued to display them as locked, and I was unable to use them in Manager Career mode. I assumed this was a technical issue and decided to wait for the next Season Pass and the related game update.

On 29.01.2026, after the release of the new Season Pass, I entered the “Icons – Manager Career” section and discovered that Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus had completely disappeared from the list, despite the fact that I had already unlocked these Icons.

I have spent real money as well as a significant amount of time progressing through the Season Pass to obtain these Icons, and therefore consider this to be a serious error on EA’s part.

I hereby request that Ruud Gullit and Lothar Matthäus be added to my EA FC 26 account immediately, or that I be provided with appropriate compensation for the time and money spent.

Please investigate this matter urgently and inform me of your decision.
