Same here, I’ve even had the in app notification that the companion app should now be available.
i chased with EA technical and this is a known issue. They didn’t offer to do anything specifically on an individual case but insisted that it will be communicated in due course and asked for patience. Clearly they don’t realised that the early game rush is why we’re all here and they’re trying hard to sap the fun out of it.
