My ban appeal has been sitting waiting for 2 weeks.

When is someone gonna unban me for being wrongfully banned. My appeal has been sitting there without a reply for 2 weeks. I spent a fortunate on fc26 this year. This is unacceptable.

In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Hey mate,
Good luck. I was banned on 30 Aug, appealed 7-8th times, all denied and EA closed my case. I can't access to UT anymore even I did nothing wrong, never bought any coin, never done any balance transfer, never cheated. In fact, I did not even have a single friend in my game list since I don't enjoy playing with real person and only played SQB, yet, they still accused me for something that I have never done.
The community manager here (like the one who replied earlier) can do nothing but sending to the broken link, you will only stuck between the penalty tool, webform and the link that redirects you to those useless tools.
Finger crossed that you will have a different outcome than mine.

By the way, I have never seen my case marked as "waiting on studio", always "updated by customer", "denied" and eventually moved to closed case. Interesting.
Does it mean my case has never been review or passed along to the right team?

LovSaikaKawakita No, it does not. All appeals are manually reviewed by the Terms of Service team; however, some cases may require further or additional review. The difference in status does not necessarily reflect a difference in evaluation, nor does it imply that your case wasn't reviewed in as much detail.
