My Clubs Player has error when trying to change Face or Gear

I lost my original look of my player in clubs with a random face and can't change the face or gear on the player now I get an error message saying PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR  every time i try anything is there anything I can do so I can change the face on my player
