My computer shuts down while playing the game

Hello everyone, I'm going to tell you about a strange thing that's been happening to me for the past few days. My computer suddenly shuts down at the beginning or middle of a match while playing. My computer's specifications are sufficient for EA FC 26, and I can play higher-end games without any problems. I've changed the graphics settings from 165Hz to 60Hz, but the results haven't changed. This rare issue has just occurred in 4 of my 5 consecutive matches. This will also damage my computer. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? I'd like to ask for your help in finding a solution.
