My evolution can't be redeemed and it's stopping me from opening packs in FC 26

I haven't claimed my season pass for a while and whrn I did I got this evo that I can't redeem and it's stopping me from opening any packs it's ruined my progress and i have packs sitting and I can't...

I've had the same problem on my PlayStation 5 for a month now. I've even tried the app, but the problem persists, and I haven't found a solution. I contacted support, and they said they didn't know. This is ridiculous. Please let me know if you find a solution.
