Hi, thanks for the reply. The issue is not related to my Wi-Fi. My connection works perfectly on all other games including online ones, and the disconnections also happen if I stay in the main menu without playing while offline modes work perfectly. I already reinstalled EA App and EA FC 26 and tested with different networks but the problem remains. This only happens with my current EA Account; when I tried using a new EA Account the game worked online with no disconnects. This shows the issue is linked to my EA cloud profile or data, not my connection or my PC. Could you please escalate this and reset my cloud saves or profile server-side? Thank you.
Every game is different. I get that you don't disconnect on others. However, it's still very possible to disconnect on due to a wireless connection. It's also one of the biggest reasons for connection issues. Without ruling that out, the best I can do is recommend you try the troubleshooting steps here. If you can though, as a test, try switching to a wire and see if there's a difference.
Also, you can test your connection with the Connection Quality Report. If you want, you can run that and take a screenshot of the results for me. Thanks!

Thanks, but I already tested with a wired connection and the issue is exactly the same. I also tested on a different network (mobile hotspot) and the problem still happens ONLY with this EA Account. When I log in with a new EA Account, the game works perfectly online with zero disconnects on the same PC and same connection. This proves the issue is not my Wi-Fi or my setup but something corrupted on my EA cloud profile. Could you please escalate this to have my cloud saves/profile reset on your side? Troubleshooting steps don’t help because the issue follows only this account, not the device or the network.

We can't actually delete your cloud saves or reset your profile. Can you show me a screenshot of the Connection Quality Report?

Thank you for your support. I’m attaching the images of my connection test. Let me know if you need anything else. I bought FIFA on Amazon on 22/11/2025 and they provided me with the EA code, and since the first day I logged in I have had this issue.
