You have the same problem as me, my acquaintance's ID is not affected at all, I haven't gotten a fix yet and I suspect like you said it's caused by connecting to the server of the game when I first bought it.

    You have quite a bit of packet loss. It's possible that is the issue. But if you only have one account that is disconnecting, I recommend contacting an advisor so they can check the account for any issues. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
